No, not that 4 lbs a week is slow. I mean I know the 4 lbs a week will slow down to 3 or 2 lbs or so a week as I go on.
My bad. I read it wrong.
I lost 10 lbs last week, just from switching from crap food to a hypoallergenic diet. Didn't burn any more calories than normal, and didn't eat less than I should be (only doing a 500 cal deficit every day).
