    Starting weight: At my heaviest around 230ish, but I was totally in denial. I think my starting weight on MFP was around 200.

    Exercise of choice: Biking and the occasional month long punishment via Jillian Michaels. :wink:

    Daily calorie intake SHOULD (lol) be 1520. Not including exercise cals that I get back.
    Since I've been taking my diet seriously as well, I've lost two pounds per week. When I was not taking diet seriously, and really only working out, I was losing one pound per week.

    Lost the majority of my weight on my elliptical.
    Just finished P90X, had fantastic results. Not I'm starting Insanity. It's supposed to come in the mail today!!
