unfortunately mine's made of surgical steel - can't be resized, have to be careful in winter.. :/

Glad I could be of service - learned it the hard way - last year around this time of July I fell asleep in a sleeping bag not knowing the above, I woke up late in the night in excruciating pain, not being able to stand up and walk, with bruises on the sides of my knees :#

I knew I was losing weight, when people wouldn't stop commenting about me being crazy, looking like a Dachau survivor etc. Now they finally ran out of bad puns..

that's assuming that You have healthy attitude towards food, and only have to change what You're eating - if however You tend to overeat for various reasons You will gain weight eating healthy..

@woodybush worth the time, amirite? more to the topic - yesterday I realized how much my taste in SHOES changed - one would expect clothes, but shoes I did not
-
@woodybush I found a tolerable position when the upper-leg's knee rests on the bottom-leg's calf and the calf bone crosses the lower-leg's foot right by the ankle - You have to fiddle with the right angles, but it'll click after a while

good, that was my intention

argh, wish I've found this thread at it's beginning, lazy to read through 10+ pages  recomping myself since New Year, maintaining since August '14, no change in weight or BF% (though that is measured by a personal weigh via feet only) - but people say progress is visible, I should measure more.. after holidays I…

Hi @lostinwebspace ad first question - I swear by it :) before, I had a Flex and I lived by it's estimations for almost a year never straying from my goal weight for more than a kilo both ways. Make sure You have Your profile setup with correct data and the MFP-FitBit sync properly. Recently got the Charge HR - which for…

So Yesterdays pretty intense cca 38 min crossfit session (kettlebels, pull ups, misc. own weight ex., pushups etc.) cost me 166 kcal according to my FitBit Charge HR - which I'd rate above regular HRMs because it also has the movement sensor - so it knows it's not estimating cardio based on BMP. But yeah I understand…
-
I'm going to test my FitBit Charge HR, and see how much it gives me for my usual 1-1,5 crossfit session.. I usually take it 1 scoop of 97% whey protein = 1 session, but it's gonna be fun seeing it's guess..

You look like it, too

OMG, Deadpool, please be 2016 already ;)

^^THIS! don't degrade Yourself like this. Especially being a girl - Your body is going to change so much so many times anyway. If You're looking for a life long relationship, to have Your "shape" as a foundation is silly.

nice to see a fellow Windows Phan around here, @kristinhowell. Looking good btw

<---- not flabby, but still fighting rest of the belly fat, everywhere else nice and firm, no loose skin. Couple of stretch marks on thighs though. Currently trying to recomp, after I'm done I'd like to look someting like @likehlikeo ;)

a little paradox I realized lately - because being more active and generally taking more care of myself I've been to the doctors so much more often. That was totally unexpected

@knt217 , that took some courage to put down on a public forum, kudos for that.

if You choose the HR variant, then yes, it can help track strength training too due to obvious HR spikes during stationary workouts

When I started the year before the last, everyone was laughing at me or at least graciously tapping their foreheads every moment I was logging the one square of chocolate or whatevs, now I've brought so many people to it and in the last 3 months I got serious about cross-fit I brought two new friends on board with me. TLDR…
