Ok usually most of my cals come from that ice cream and dinner so that's my main throughout day so today im gonna do: Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Salad chips and fruit Dinner: What i cooks Snack: yogurt or 100 cal popcorn Tomorrow: B: Oatmeal L: Fruit only D: What i cooks S: fruit and protein bar

a majority is from dinner and ice cream like I would have 400 cal of ice cream and dinner 500-600 and id exercise on top of that.

so if i try to eat at least 1250-1500 calories a day for a week can that help? I think i have an underactive thyroid ihave majority of symptoms but i cant go to doc till april so im gonna start taking vitamin b-12 b complex and iron

For a year I could not workout health issues and I used to. Over exercise this is first time in long time I've done a workout like this I used to always be at gym working out 24/7

Well in August i reached my goal recovery weight than i gained randomly now i wanna go back to that gw of 106 i gained 14 lbs all together and went up a pant size or two so u mean i wouldnt gain muscle than?? Sorry i get confused easy

Well i was in recovery last year from anorexia so its harder after recovery to lose a little bit of weight i want to be 106 lbs

I just go by serving amount my mom does portions for dinner i have diabetes so she counts the carbs
