I'm no where near there yet but I can't imagine it NOT being worth it. I know that when I'm at a lighter weight, I feel healthier, stronger, & am ready to get outside & enjoy nature (not to mention LIFE) so much more. Curious to see what type of answer you get here. ;)

I do not try to make my chest touch the ground. I just try my best to get my arms at a 90 degree angle when I go down but still don't always do that. Getting better though & I think if she keeps the pushups in there, I'll be able to progress in them. Just in week 3 here.

I ended up going ahead & purchasing the supplies I needed for the kickstart meal plan. I may find I have to eat back exercise calories, too. I'm excited to get started in the morning with it all to see how it goes. I feel motivated & hope I can stretch that motivation out over the next 3 months! :)

I took 2 days off earlier this week & then went on to finish the last of level 1. I think my body really needed that rest because I found day 8 to be really hard still but after a 2 day break, day 9 & 10 came pretty easily. Finished day 8 of level 1 earlier this evening while watching a show. Used my husband's ipad & put on the shred workout via youtube & set that up on the mantel so that I could still follow the workout & yet still listen and watch the show. Sometimes, yes, I give in. I just try to adjust my calorie intake for that day so that I can fit in whatever it is that I'm craving. :)

Yay for those inches!!!! I'm very thankful to have taken measurements, too, because at first-the scale went UP. :( But, it slowly started creeping back down & then suddenly made a drop one morning and then 2 more small drops the following mornings. So, stick with it! I bet that scale will catch up soon. :)
