I started this early last week and I'm hungry all the time too. Every 2 to 3 hours I feel like I'm starving. I've also started lifting weights and cutting back on cardio so that could be a factor.

Thanks for all of your input! I think I will go talk to someone at GNC about the whey protein issue and intolerance- I had no idea it was that specific.

Braeburns have been my favorite since high school. I have to keep myself from eating too many when they are in season :) I keep them in the fridge only because I love biting into a cold apple.
