mine is today I felt like yoga didn't burn many calories so I decided to do lower fix as well. Also after work today I really want pizza I was thinking about it for hours, starting driving there and turned around when home and made a salad instead :smile: feel proud I made that choice

I just made my own for 21 day and add 200 calories. or if your doing intense it's 400 calories
