Sorry for MIA
Hey i am sorry i got a really bad cold that turned to the flu so i been. MIA lately. I am now re starting today. I made a workout calendar so im going to try and do in the morning and one at night. And really stick with it. Im trying very hard to make my life better this is one thing i can do for my self.

hi there, I ordered my fitbit one and I was just wondering who has one and how they use it?
