I don't think there's enough chocolate to be sweet or bitter...I don't know how to explain but it taste like a hint of chocolate. I haven't tried regular yet so I can't compare the two. I'm glad you like it too, its amazing stuff!

Maybe boil it before simmering to let the sauce reduce and maybe the moisture from the pepper would reduce some too. The peppers are made up of and retain water so I completely know what your talking about!

I like to save time too, but the good thing about roasting then slow cooking is the meat falls off so you just have to fish them out! lol. I roast all the veg and chicken in one roasting pan. Then I transfer to a stock pot on the stove at a simmer, I am positive you could achieve this in a crock pot after you roast the chicken and veg. If you try please tell me how that went :) Thanks!

The real stuff is 1,000 calories and 80 carbs... I highly suggest not eating the real stuff abadvat. Eating the real stuff is why most of us here! I'm on an 800 calorie a day diet so if I ate the real stuff I couldn't eat for the rest of the day and have to work off 200 calories at the gym!
