Like, @cwolfman13 said, use the term "USDA". I always search for fresh fruits and vegetables with the term "USDA" to make sure it lines up with the actual nutritional content.

@SpecialKitty7 It is a lime! Sliced right off the side rather than down the middle and into wedges. I used the rest of it in the taco "meat" mixture. :)

Breakfast time! Gardein breakfast sausage, seared tofu "egg", lightly toasted sweet orange bell pepper/tomato/red onion and fresh, vibrant avocado.

Post work out dinner last night: black bean, brown rice and smoky tofu stuffed and twice baked poblano peppers. Topped with Field Roast Chao cheese, spicy salsa roja and verde, fresh lime juice and cilantro. Delish!

Get a heart right monitor. To be honest it's the best way to calculate calorie burn for all exercises. Each person's burn is different and no computer algorithm is going to be able to reflect your personal body's burn rate.

I use my Fitbit Surge + Runkeeper to track all of my workouts. I've found they are both reliable apps (though I've tried just about all the others) and products (I've owned the Fitbit One, Flex and now Surge) that have remained my person go to for almost three years. ^^^ This. I was trying to calculate my 21 Day Fix work outs but it wasn't until I got the Fitbit Surge (with HRM) that I started being able to really measure ALL of my workouts. It's made a huge difference (and I learned my calorie burns are way higher than I thought!).
