Hello Take a look at fitnessblender videos on youtube or on their own website. They have tons of free workout videos. Some of them are cardio, some are low impact, strength, etc. You can chose from a various choice. Cheers

I used to hate it as well, until I was able to do a couple of KMs in a row. You need to start slow and give yourself some time. Now I can say that running is my "me" time. I go outside alone, no kids, no phone, no stress. I bring my music and do KMs. I used to hate it but now I need it

I have a Forerunner 10. I have been using it for the last year. Works great. I use the Garmin connect site as well to map my runs. Frank6666 hey, you can add me guys, I need more runners in my friend list!

I believe it's important to allow yourself one bad day from time to time (maybe once a week). I try to do good for 6 days and allow myself a cheat day on day #7. You can use that cheat day as a motivation to stay on track the other days. And with time, you can try to modify that "cheat day" into a "cheat meal" once a week.…
