I use the MapMyRun app... Still, it syncs with MFP, so if you're looking for friendly competition, each of my runs gets posted to my wall here. :)

I'm in Maryland, near (meaning within driving distance, not walking distance) DC. You?

When on a treadmill, no more than 1.5 miles (I just can't seem to make myself do it). I'm currently training for a half marathon though, but the longest run so far has been just over 7 miles. You?

I run 3 times a week, and am training for a 39.3 mile series of half marathons in late April/early May. I'm currently at 18 miles/wk (almost 29k), adding a mile per week, resting every 4th week.

I don't have the Nike+ app, but I might check it out. I've been using Digifit with my heart rate monitor since last June, so I plan on still using that. It syncs with MFP and a number of other apps though, I'll see if it syncs with Nike+ too.
