Well, I guess this challenge was a bust of sorts for me too, friends, or looking at it another way, I did one heck of a job maintaining my weight. I am getting ready to take this journey in a completely new direction for me. As one obsessed with stepping on the scale, I am putting ours away. I am also giving up using MFP,…

Wow, that's big news, @2020pinktogo ! Congratulations!
-
@2020pinktogo , I would be happy to do it, but would also be more than happy to let someone else take the lead. I did not do so well with the set up - couldn't get invitations to work and so some of our former buddies had trouble, and in several cases no luck at all, in finding this particular challenge. Also, some might…

@tress29 , very happy to have you here! And @JMarcella57 , I like your attitude! I am rather frustrated with myself in regaining several pounds (3-4 depending on how I look at it) during this challenge. I am at the point where I need to reevaluate what I really want to accomplish. Guess that will be my focus for now... At…

That's progress, @JMarcella57 . I forgot to weigh this morning, but am hoping last week's renewed efforts to log will show at least not a gain. I am up overall for this challenge. Goals this week are to log everything every day. Last week I only logged 4 days.
-
Oh boy, that's a GOOD one, @barbhat13 !
-
So glad to have you touch base here, @lemurcat12 . You have been missed. Hope this week goes well for you, easing back into your logging and such.
-
I found the same, @barbhat13 . Explains my weight gain for sure.

Wow, @2020pinktogo , that is a gift of love! Wish I had someone hauling manure for my garden. But seriously, taking care of your aging parents is a labor of love. Ok, I am getting back to basics here... Goals this week are to log everything: food, water, exercise. I've been too lax, thinking I could be, and am not happy…

I am trying to get a copy of Intuitive Eating. Seems to be misplaced at our library. May go ahead and buy a copy. I am pretty good, I think, about minimizing clutter. So I don't think I can attribute this increase in my waistline to anything other than my snacking and not vigorous enough exercise. Ah well, back to working…

I am in a similar boat, friends. Having trouble getting back on track after a super indulgent time with family at the beach. But, there's plenty to do here with gardening and general yard work as well as helping my beau with kitchen cabinet construction in our dome. I am impressed by everyone's commitment to getting back…

I love the sentiments expressed in this thread! Yes, onward and upward, friends! I am up after a week of decadence with my family on St George Island. Hoping some of this is water weight (up 2.6 pounds from when I left, boo!). So, back to making smart choices! Good luck, everyone, in working towards your goals!

Good job, @barbhat13 ! You are an inspiration!

I am on vacation too, @2020pinktogo ! In a lovely beach house with my family for the week. We are a playful, and a rather partying crowd. I will try to hold steady weight-wise. We'll see!!
-
Sorry for your garden woes, @2020pinktogo . Hope the coming week unfolds nicely for you with exercise in a cool place and good food to enjoy. I am waiting for my garden to explode with produce - not sure it will really happen, but things look promising. We've been dangerously hot and humid (well of course, I'm in Georgia…

Important reminder about sleep, @JMarcella57 . I need to work on this as well. I've neglected to make the connection between sleep and healthy weight. Thank you for sharing!
-
@cds2001 , good luck with your move, and take good care of yourself! Moving is hard work!

Oh dear, not where I want to be with this challenge as I am up a bit more. Time to refocus. SW: 152.4 CW: 154.4 Goal for this challenge: 148.0 Going to target water and portions this week as ways to keep my calories going in at a deficit to what I expend toting grandbabies, gardening, and mowing (not at the same time, ha…

Glad to hear you're improving, @barbhat13 !
-
Wow, @LeslieArkansas , great consistency with swimming and logging!
-
Wow, I am impressed, friends! Looking good! We have about two months to go to the end of this challenge, and it looks like some of us are well on our way! I am a bit stalled, but have an active week ahead while my little grands are out of town. Finding it easy to get 10k ++ steps in when I am not bouncing a baby or sitting…

I am with you, @cds2001 . Here's to a goal reaching/ chart topping July! And @freyjac , congratulations on your progress! You are on your way!
-
Oh no, @barbhat13 ! Take good care and get well soon.
-
Hang in there, @2020pinktogo ! Glad to know you are taking care of yourself in the workplace.

I am having a devil of a time trying to hydrate properly, so lots of up and down on the scale due to that. I'd love to say my weight on Sunday of 152.2 was legit, but then I crept up now 2 pounds as of this Weds morning. So boo to that! So, going to watch my water intake and watch the scale for a more accurate picture.…

What a fun and unexpected turn of events, @barbhat13 ! Way to not let that sudden onslaught of kids interfere (entirely) with your swim time. So, letting go and not being too rigidly bound to schedules, whether it's some public entity's or our own, can reveal a fun, smile-inducing opportunity for ourselves. Thanks for…

Welcome, @911kate ! We are happy to have you join us!

Goodness, @barbhat13 , so sorry about your dad. Hope he continues to improve. Take care of yourself. @2020pinktogo - you take care, too! Hope you are on the mend.
-
So glad you are here,@cds2001 ! Wish I knew how to help folks find the group. Congratulations on your progress this month! You are on a roll!

Good Morning a day later and thanks for getting this week started for us, @2020pinktogo ! Last week was a bit of a bust for me with the changes in routine and stressful houseguest stressor to boot, but at least I didn't regain any weight. This week my focus will be hydration. We're hitting well into the 90s every day with…
