I burn up too 1000 during soccer and around 500 during biking and daily walking activity

I have also tested out scoobysworkshop calculator too see how much calories i should be taking in to maintain and its saying 3144? seems abit too much to me

Thanks for all the replies and help guys. Only reason I had McDonald's was because of basically i hadn't had it in awhile and that's what was for dinner tonight so no choice really haha, thanks again though everyone :)

I have it states on the box 119cal per 30g (average serving) that seems really small though.

Just wondering as well how many times a week should I weigh myself a week? i currently weigh myself at least twice a day.
