I do it mostly as I go. Didn't find any problems this way...I end up having 200 cal left to eat after all my meals - which usually turns in a treat/nuts/fruits

I started drinking tea quite a lot recently (and with no added sugar which is a surprise to me haha) + tons of water obv.

Calories (and soda...don't even want to drink it anymore o.O ). Still eat what I want if it's within my calorie limit ;)

I also do intermittent fasting and works really well for me. I eat between 1PM and 9PM. My body adjusted after a few weeks of doing this :smile: I tend to get hungry around 12.30pm and eat a lunch of ~ 500 cal. The second meal is around 7.30 which is in the zone of 1200 cal (protein based + all kinds of cheese (I like…

Yup, as long as it fits within your macros / caloric goal. Ate today 100g of Frozen Yogurt (ice cream) - (160 cal) - yummmy ;)
