Nothing wrong with any of those things.

Maybe that's why it says eat less, and not "don't eat at all".

Except maybe the corn dogs... those things are just weird. Actually they are delicious but at the same time so gross.

I love corn dogs. I have a daughter who eats the breaking off first, and that is gross.

I know it's not "magic" and ultimately it's just "calories" but coffee creamer. I wasn't officially measuring my coffee creamer just estimating. I now measure it and limit myself to 100 cal a day. (Wth some exceptions) That makes me limit my coffee intake. And I have increased my water. I've been losing 1 pound a week. The week I started changing my coffee regiment I lost 3 pounds. The only difference was adding in water and actually measuring my creamer and therefore limiting it. I'm pretty sure I wasn't eating at 7000 extra calories in creamer a week

Sugary sports drinks, fatty/sugary protein bars, and soda. I drink more water instead of Gatorade and Coke, and eat higher quality protein bars (less fat and sugar), allowing more available calories to things that are more satiating and that lend to having a better balance of macro nutrients.

I have no idea to be honest. Im at the beginning of my weight loss "journey" and Ive cut all junkfood out (incl soda) and my absolute faveorite: ice cream. Ive also on recommendation cut out white potatoes entirely, and carbs from my dinner. I guess I'll see how it goes..

I have a treat every day as well.
But you probably couldn't pay me to eat a pop tart. :D

My boyfriend loves them and has turned me into a fan as well. Lol.

    Chemicals. All of them.

    What about dihydrogen monoxide?

Especially dihydrogen monoxide. If you want to bathe yourself in that nastiness, go right ahead.

What is dihydrogen monoxide and which foods is it found in?

    It's WATER

People think mocking is educational. cheers

    mocking is educational?

No, it's not. But apparently many on here think it is, since they do it regularly.

Or maybe they're not trying to educate anyone?

Also..hard to tell when someone's going with a joke or seriously doesn't know what water is.

Excuses (it's too cold to go for a walk), rationalization (I know I don't need to eat more, but I'm still "hungry") and justification (I had a bad day, I need to treat myself with more comfort food.)
