I have been really good logging my food and staying within the fat/protein/carb limits and also my calorie intake has automatically remained in deficit. Maybe it's just a blip! See what happens next week. I must admit even if I didn't lose weight I will stick with this WOE because I feel so well and no longer have brain…

I tried this at the weekend. Must say I was very dubious and the thought of all that fat made me feel queasy BUT I did try it and I was very surprised how nice it was. Only problem was it gave me acid reflux all day so anything I ate or drank was painful! Oh well maybe try it again but with less fat next time. Anyone else…

Thanks everyone for your advice. I upped my water intake today and had a couple more grams of carbs but still in ketosis. Not so many hot flushes and will see if I am hot at night which is really annoying because it wakes me up! On the plus side I feel AMAZING today for the first time. Hopefully the hotness will…

Wonder if it's Keto Flu then? Not had many problems since starting so perhaps it could be that. Actually if I think about it I do feel like a cold coming on. As you say, give a couple more days and see if it subsides. Carbs are well below 20grams and weight loss 5lbs in 2 weeks.

Hi grinningsoul7 I'm now in ketosis (purple on ketostick, stinky breath etc) and been doing it for 2 weeks now. I started using coconut oil yesterday in bulletproof coffee but woke up yesterday with red face before using the coconut oil. Oh the bullet proof coffee gave me acid reflux all day!
