My first meal is 72 Grams of fat. Im sure that qualifies as a fat bomb. I eat 2 times a day 4 hours apart then fast the other 20 so I have to jam all my fat into 2 meals

I always tried for less than 2000mg to prevent water retention but I was also eating a lot of carbs when I tried to keep it that low. Learn something new everyday

My Grocery cart was pretty much sausage,bacon,eggs, real butter, full fat cheese, and various cuts of beef. I do find it difficult to keep sodium low on this diet though. I think its all the propaganda that we are force fed about how fat is the enemy that is lingering in my subconscious.

Hitting 1 Gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is easier than a lot of people think. I eat 160-190 grams everyday while maintaining a 1600-1700 calorie diet. Its all about where your macros are coming from.
