I have the same problem. I do find if I don't eat dinner at 5pm I go down the rabbit hole. I can hold off the munchies only so long. I wonder if it is a body chemistry thing.

1600 calories is too many if you want to lose weight. Try 1300 for a week and see what happens. I am about your same height but weight more than you. my range is 1200-1300

I weigh 178 and need to lose about 20. I have kept track of my calories, stayed in my range and exercised three days in a row. I am motivated because in 7 weeks I am going on a trip with my husband without the 6 kids. Tired of being depressed over being overweight.
