Restarting the Journey...more or less

So..... I'm very excited to be restarting my journey. I lost 50 pounds two years ago by monitoring what I eat and working out 5 days a week - mostly lifting. Over the past year I ended up gaining about 20 - 25 of it back. I met someone, fell in loved, and moved in together. All I wanted to do was hang out with him and everything else, my fitness goals fell to the wayside. I'm excited to find a new routine that works with my new life.
