i eat around a 100g of protein a day. I think mfp gives us way too low in the protein. Protein is so important when losing weight because if you dont eat it then you will burn off your muscle instead of fat. I would be more concerned about going over carbs and fat then protein

Belly Fat is due to mainly diet. Sugar is one of the main things that stores as body fat. I noticed when I cut out as much added sugar as I could my body fat went down dramatically.

going over your protein is not a bad thing. I try to go way over so I don't loose muscle.

If you are hungry eat them back but if you arent don't. Idk if I agree with the whole eating back exercise calories. I think you have to be careful how you log your exercise if you do.

venetian chicken. it is in the 300 ish calories. Just grilled chicken and veggies. Stay away from the salad they bring too they put a lot of dressing on and its iceburg lettuce so its not even good for you.

I use the Eas Advant and it actually has 17 grams of protein. My favorite part is that it has zero sugar. You can buy a 24 pack for 25 dollars at BJ's so thats only a dollar a day.

cardio is going to burn fat, and lifting is going to build muscle. So both are good for weight loss. I would emphasize cardio at the begining and lifting more towards your goal weight to tone. But strength training is good for your metabolism which is critical for weight loss.

I think its good for your metabolism to be eating a lot of small meals. I do the same thing. I snack on baby carrots a lot and fruit.

Cocoa powder is actually good for you because it has antioxidents. It is only 10 calories for a tablespoon. Sometimes I add some to my oatmeal and it tastes delicious.

I have a similar problem. I have changed my goals to maintain my current weight and mfp wants me to eat 1750 before exercise. However I am an athlete and I work out everyday. I really try to only eat foods that are good for me which makes it hard to reach full calories since most good foods are filling and low calories.…

I drink Eas Advant Edge Protein shakes. They only have 110 calories, 17 grams of protein and 0 sugar which is great. I have noticed a lot of other protein shakes have more calories, less protein, and way too much sugar.

put some fat free yogurt in the freezer for a little while and eat it like ice cream

Truvia is a zero calorie sweetner that is made with stevia so its not bad for you. I recently got these vitamuffin's that are chocolate and 90 calories with zero sugar. They may be good for your sweet tooth.

I have the opposite problem I always go over my proteins and am usually under fat. Eat lean meats like grilled chicken and turkey they are full of protein and lean on fat.

Chick-fil-a isnt too bad. The chicken has good protein and you can substitute a fruit cup for the fries

I'm 5'8" and weigh 130. I think between 130-140 is a good goal weight

It doesn't matter if your net is under 1200. It's only starvation mode if you are eating less than 1200.
