For breakfast, try this:

11oz Equate Ultra Weight Loss (WallMart cheap brand)
180 calories
Fat = 5 grams
Carbs =19 - BUT - the can say 24 but you get 19 grams when you reduce the 5 grams of fiber
Fiber = 5 grams
Protein = 10 grams
AND 35% of your DRV for 24 Vitamins and Minerals

11oz EAS AdvantEDGE Carb Control 110 calories
Fat = 3 grams
Carbs = 3 grams (same as above; but only 3 grams of fiber)
Fiber = 3 grams
Protein = 10 grams
AND 20% of your DRV for 24 Vitamins and Minerals

The cost for six cans of the Ultra is about $5, the cost of EAS Advant EDGE Carb Control four cans is about $6 - OR - about $2 "+" a day. NO OTHER fast food can match this, starbucks can't come close; forget Jack in the Box or Burger King........and the flavors (chocolate is my favorite) taste great (less filling).

    I use the Eas Advant and it actually has 17 grams of protein. My favorite part is that it has zero sugar. You can buy a 24 pack for 25 dollars at BJ's so thats only a dollar a day.
