6:00 AM: A smoothie consisting of: Banana; Bodylogix - Natural Dark Chocolate Whey Protein; Flax Seeds; Sesame Seeds; Raw Sunflower Seeds; Rice Bran and Wheat Germ; plus an apple. 9:00 AM: 2 small homemade Banana, Whey Protein, Oats Muffins topped with 2 Hershey's Dark Kisses, and a homemade Cappuccino.

I'd ask him something along the lines of how his workout is going. I would, though, not touch on the weight issue - guys have a way of reacting rather aggressive. He is of course aware of the gain and might berate himself. No need to add to this.

Treat in a mug @ 255 cals: 1/8 cup white flour 1/8 whole wheat 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 tablespoons Stevia 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 egg 3 tablespoons milk 3 tablespoons applesauce Dash of vanilla extract and salt Whisk in a large mug until smooth. As far as your food intake is concerned: try to cook one day a week - Saturday, Sunday - then freeze enough meals to feed both, you and your husband for the entire week. You'll eat much healthier, you'll see your energy level go up, your weight go down slowly but steadily. And that's a great motivator. Don't give up!

How much money did you spend for that soggy, greasy piece of crust? You like pizza ... eat a slice or two, it's satisfying and you lose the urge to binge on crap.

Google "increasing metabolism rate"; you'll find some pretty good advice for revving up you metabolism. Don't beat yourself up, it doesn't take much to achieve positive results. Good Luck!
