1 scoop of chocolate whey powder, 4 TBS pumpkin, 2 TBS flaxseed ground, 1 TBS flaxseed oil, 4 ice cubes, 1 cup water, 1tbs instant coffee. Delicious!!

Okay, I'm kidding! But I did have oatmeal for breakfast...and lunch. But not for dinner! I flavored it with sugar free coffee cream, margarine and sugar free white chocolate pudding mix0 -

I had oatmeal with milk instead of water, cinnamon, raisins, a little bit of some diced apple and a good squeeze of honey. Sometimes I'll put in strawberries our blueberries, but my favorite is raisins.0

Porridge with milk, natural whey powder, crunchy peanut butter stirred in and then some PB2 and syrup. Noms. Oh and washed down with a low cal hot chocolate drink with some coffee thrown in as a low calorie mocha.0
