On the back of the No Pudge Brownie mix package, there is a recipe for one where you mix it with yogurt (I use greek plain) and cook in the microwave. I use a mug. Like fresh warm brownies - delish! I think 120 calories per serving.0

Strawberry mug cake! (Low carb and gluten free!)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp granulated sugar substitute
1/4 cup almond flour
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 egg
1/4 cup pureed strawberries
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Microwave for 90 seconds0 -

2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp grape jelly
Arrange bread facing up. Spread peanut butter on one slice. Spread jelly on other slice. Carefully put together. Cram sandwich unto mug. Enjoy.

Your favorite meatloaf recipe + mug + 3-4 minutes in the microwave (more if your mug is big)

Sorry could you break that down for me? I tried it at home and ended up with a banana milkshake.

Butter (LOTS)
1 egg
Toast your bread and slather it with lots of butter, break into pieces and put in mug. Fry up 1 egg (sunny side up), put in mug. Add salt and pepper, mix well.
It's not the healthiest with all the butter but my grandma made this for me when I was sick or just because and it's so yummy.0 -

Treat in a mug @ 255 cals:
1/8 cup white flour
1/8 whole wheat
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tablespoons Stevia
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons applesauce
Dash of vanilla extract and salt
Whisk in a large mug until smooth. Microwave until puffed, about 2 minutes.0 -
