    Great topic! Bumping for later!
  • On the back of the No Pudge Brownie mix package, there is a recipe for one where you mix it with yogurt (I use greek plain) and cook in the microwave. I use a mug. Like fresh warm brownies - delish! I think 120 calories per serving.

A lot of Interesting Ideas On This Thread.. T.Y.:flowerforyou:
Great idea but there is only one of them I can use as all rest are carb laden. Anyone have some to post that are extremely low carb?

Strawberry mug cake! (Low carb and gluten free!)

    2 Tbsp butter
    2 Tbsp granulated sugar substitute
    1/4 cup almond flour
    1 Tbsp coconut flour
    1 egg
    1/4 cup pureed strawberries
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of salt

    Microwave for 90 seconds :)

Your favorite meatloaf recipe + mug + 3-4 minutes in the microwave (more if your mug is big)

Drain and eat. Works like a charm.

Sorry could you break that down for me? I tried it at home and ended up with a banana milkshake.

Must have used the wrong glass.
  • 1 slice of bread
    Butter (LOTS)
    1 egg

Toast your bread and slather it with lots of butter, break into pieces and put in mug. Fry up 1 egg (sunny side up), put in mug. Add salt and pepper, mix well.

It's not the healthiest with all the butter but my grandma made this for me when I was sick or just because and it's so yummy.

That's because you forgot the cauliflower.
