    I also do a variation on chocolatecoveredkatie

    3 tbsp flour (I do 1tbsp wholemeal, 2 white)
    1tbsp 2 tsp cocoa powder
    1 tbsp 1 tsp sugar
    0.5 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp peanut butter
    0.25 tsp vanilla essence
    3.5 tbsp milk

    In the microwave for about 40 seconds

    I normally take it out before it's cooked all the way through and then it's like a self-saucing cake with half cake mix and half cake

    Great idea but there is only one of them I can use as all rest are carb laden. Anyone have some to post that are extremely low carb?

    1 cup plain greek yogurt, fat free
    1/4-1/2 (depending how sweet and how much flavor you like) of a sugar free jello packet (the kind that makes 4 cups)

    Stir in the jello very well until fully incorporated (takes some muscle), nuke for 90 seconds, stir very well, nuke again for 1 minute, stir, level ou the top, refrigerate and you're done.

    I top with crumbled cookies and raspberries (you can also incorporate the cookies into the mixture during the last stir.)

    It becomes thick like a crustless pie.

    150-200 calories depending on the topping.

    Ground Cinnamon
    Vanilla Essence OR Ground Turmeric
    30-45ml Coconut Cream (or dairy cream if preferred but coconut mixes better)

    Mix to a paste, add 1-2 raw eggs and whisk.

    Pour in hot coffee, stirring as you go - the coffee won't be hot enough to cook the egg.

    1/4 cup almond flour
    1 Tbsp coconut flour
    1 egg
    1/4 cup pureed strawberries
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    pinch of salt

    Microwave for 90 seconds :)

    On the back of the No Pudge Brownie mix package, there is a recipe for one where you mix it with yogurt (I use greek plain) and cook in the microwave. I use a mug. Like fresh warm brownies - delish! I think 120 calories per serving.

    2 slices bread
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    2 tbsp grape jelly
    Arrange bread facing up. Spread peanut butter on one slice. Spread jelly on other slice. Carefully put together. Cram sandwich unto mug. Enjoy.
