Just about anything Jillian Michaels. I started out with 30 Day Shred, moved to Ripped in 30 and also really like Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism for a good cardio workout. No More Trouble Zones is also a great one.

I'm having this same issue. Last night I ate extra to try and meet my calorie goals and I ended up with horrible indigestion and miserable. I've decided I need to buy the higher calorie greek yogurts, eat avocado, and higher calorie protein bars to try and meet my goals. I have continued to lose weight and now my new…

Agree, she is in it for the money, however I normally find her advice to be helpful. I won't be doing any detoxes though. :)

When someone sees me eat a cookie and they say, "Oh you went off your diet?"

I add lemon/lime/mint leaves/strawberries/oranges or whatever I have on hand to my water. It gives it some taste and makes it go down much easier :)

I had PF last year. Taking a towel and placing right under toes then stretch foot helps a lot, as well as rolling frozen water bottles under my feet. I also bought a GOOD PAIR of neutral running shoes. I haven't had issues since.

I am 5-10. I started on here in December 2013 at 182 and I'm currently at 166. I'm looking to lose 4-6 more lbs. Feel free to add me, I will be remaining on here for maintenance!

I eat a protein bar as I drive to work every day. A couple of times I've pre-made some egg muffins (scrambled egg/veggies/ham or turkey baked in a muffin tin) and then freeze them...you just pop them in the microwave for 2 min. and those a great on the go as well.

I was a beginner and finished the full 30 days, all three levels. I am now doing Ripped in 30. Follow the modifications (lady on the right) and do what you can. There were a couple of days I had to take it easy on the squats/lunges, but was back at it no time. I am now pretty good at them :)

My son's g/f lives in Michigan and whenever he visits the first place they go is Tim Hortons...he loves it!

Oh...our employers tell us the NUMBER ONE thing they are looking for is a good "fit". They want to work next to/with someone who they like. So show personality and a PROFESSIONAL sense of humor. Smile, be engaged and make them like you!!!!

I agree you look amazing. If you are at a healthy weight, maybe just try working on fitness and not only weight loss. Congratulations, I hope to get there one day too!
