Eat better...move more!!
It's not rocket science people, it boils down to knowledge and willpower. Learn as much as you can about TDEE/BMR and Macro nutrients. Find something you love to do, then do it all the time!! Lastly dig deep for a little willpower to stay away from the food that you already know is crap for you! Feel free to add me or ask questions.
