Currently on round 2. The first time around I lost 29lbs and 15% body fat. If anyone wants to see my results hit me up I can't share my website address due to forum rules. That said I would love to help Coach any of you through the program. If you interested feel free to Facebook message me Colin Denning Grier.

Don't sweat it haha. Consider the fact that the people in the video are struggling as well.

I love Insanity. I primarily do P90X but Its fun to throw in a couple days a week. I'm gonna do Max Interval Cardio here in a couple min. Please feel free to message me on here or add me on Facebook- Colin Denning Grier. I'd love to help any and all you.

Yeah I love Insanity I'm doing it along with P90X
-
Probably Tendinitis. I developed the same thing myself and just had to back off of it for a couple weeks while it got better. Definitely make sure you Ice it at least once every day and that should help your recovery.
-
That really depends on a lot of things. Your current fitness level, body fat %, nutrition. If you are not seeing results I would definitely make sure that your nutrition is where it needs to be. That said I didn't see a ton of changes when I first started P90X but towards the end things started to happen! I hope that helps…

Casey, thats pretty impressive that you lost 45lbs. I personally love the Insanity workouts. I haven't done the full 60 day program but thats because I primarily do P90X but I like to sub in Insanity a couple times a week. If you want to talk more hit me up on facebook search Colin Denning Grier.

Did it for a week and had great results dropped 10lbs but I was always drained as hell unless I had just ate. And if I tried to do 6-8 meals I was constantly hungry. That said I ll probably do it again just with a carb day every 3 or so days to replenish glycogen.

I wouldn't really say that lean is more cardio because your not doing Plyo X which is the toughest cardio workout in the program. That said lean can be an easier routine and might fit your needs better depending on your current fitness level
-
Added. Way to commit you can definitely do this.
-
Added everyone. I'm doing a P90X Insanity Hybrid where I do Insanity 2-3 days a week. I like Insanity alot it just doesn't totally fit my needs as I'm trying to gain muscle mass primarily at the moment.
-
I'd love to help. I haven't done that much of Insanity. I did P90X and have since added Insanity for cardio days.
-
Stumbled upon? Kid I told you about it haha.
-
Depends and your goals/what you have availible. P90X is definately easier in some aspects but you'll also build more muscle. Personally, I don't like Insanity just because doing plyometric workouts everyday can be tough on your joints. I do however, do the workout a couple times a week as a subsitute for P90X cardio.
-
I'm doing a P90X Insanity hybrid...I'll add you guys still though

I totally agree with you on the fat% if you feel the need to 45 30 25 would still be really good. Personally I look at the Fat Shredder plan as a boot camp diet. I stayed on it for about 2 months and lost alot of wieght but eventually I did platue and switched to the 40 40 20. I would say start with the fat shredder but…

Well are you on the default myfitnesspal macros? if so your probably not getting to much. Studies that I have seen show that you can only use about a gram per lb of body weight at most, so unless your taking in that much I really wouldn't worry about it. Even then its not really a bad thing.

I'd say yes. There are just so many higher quality sources for protein. Even the healthiest bars are much less healthy than a quality protein shake and for that matter a quality whole protein source. That said obviously they are super convient and very helpful if you need to add protein to your diet. I would just say eat…

Vanilla Almond in my opinion!

Looks like you eat pretty good from the couple of days worth I looked at. The only change I would really suggest would be a higher protein intake. What is your goal for the 60 days?
-
@colingrier
-
Added you both feel free to hit me up for any advice. Are either of you working out or just eating better?
-
There's a big big range in quality when it comes to protein. I have seen ones with 15-20 grams of sugar but there are others like Dymatize Iso-100 that have 1 carb per scoop 106 calories. If your taking one thats only 130 though thats still probably decently low in sugar.
-
Like pretty much everyone else said you gained a bunch of water wieght which should drop no problem if you resume you healthy eating. You probably also replenished your glycogen stores a bit to which isn't a bad thing. Yeah maybe you gained a little bit of fat but probably a very insignifigant amount.
-
Added you. Feel free to message me anytime if you need help with any of this. We all struggle from time to time and even just being on here being willing to ask for help is more than alot of people are willing to do.
-
You can do what I'm doing and take in a surplus of calories on your weight days and a deficit on cardio days. I will add you. Go ahead and take a look at my calories and what I eat given days. On weight days I am more leanient on what I ll eat whereas cardio days I eat as perfect as possible!
-
Raspberries lol I eat like a pint a day. They're my vice lol but there not a bad one to have I guess.
-
Added you as a friend I ll take a look at your diary once its visable. The calories in calories out approach has some merit yet but ultimately you need as many nutrient dense foods as possible. Definitely, take a look at my diary on days that I'm at 1800 calories I eat super clean those days. I also would not use the…
-
Thats not unrealistic at all! I look like I did in high school and that was 9 years ago. All it took was 3 months of perfect eating and working out.

Check out the Scoche Rythem. It has bluetooth and syncs to most smart phones. The only negative to it is there is a bit of a delay about 5-10 seconds
