I workout for about 2 hours everyday... Do lots of lifting (both heavy and toning), and cardio. I ALWAYS go over my protein number on my log!!! Is it bad to be over? Sometimes it can be by lots!! What's an okay number to go over... if its ok??

I go over every time there is no need to worry about it honestly, from all the research I have done over the years I believe a woman who trains with weights should get between 0.75 - 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, so say if you weigh140lbs you should get around 100-140 grams of protein per day
But seriously don't worry if my fitness pal says you are getting to much protein its not that much of a problem
I hope you achieve all your goals, good luck0 -

Well are you on the default myfitnesspal macros? if so your probably not getting to much. Studies that I have seen show that you can only use about a gram per lb of body weight at most, so unless your taking in that much I really wouldn't worry about it. Even then its not really a bad thing.0
