Neither.

P90x is great if you have some standard equipment (dumbells, chin up bar, yoga mat and blocks, stretch cords), although it is hardcore. If you're already fit, go for it. But if you're beginning, try the sister company's stuff..its called Beach (???something)0

I have P90X that I'm doing.
I like the disc's (Aside from Yoga :grumble: ) but only after I'm done them.
During the workout I hate them all, Aside from Kenpo X disc which I love.0 -
I started Insanity this month, I like that better because you don't need any equipment.0

Depends and your goals/what you have availible. P90X is definately easier in some aspects but you'll also build more muscle. Personally, I don't like Insanity just because doing plyometric workouts everyday can be tough on your joints. I do however, do the workout a couple times a week as a subsitute for P90X cardio.0

I'm doing insanity and I am in better shape and look better than ever in my life!! I'm almost down to my high school size. Insanity will kick your butt so hard but it's worth every minute, penny and drop of sweat!0
