180 squats done, never realized how many squats I do just during my daily activities til I started this challenge. One day last week I was babysitting for my 2 yr old great-niece & by the time I went home I had done over 100 squats just playing with her in the park, picking her up & helping her pick up her toys.

160 squats done, added them to my weight training today before going for a 3 mile run. Now its time for a much needed shower :smile:

Got my 130 done, half during my circuit training this morning & the rest while I was out walking this afternoon.

80 squats done this morning have had most everything on the list at one time or another, but never tried lentils or wheat berries

30 weighted regular squats, 10 lb. dumbbells 20 plié squats 15 weighted Bulgarian split squats, 10 lb. dumbbells 10 jump squats 1/2 gal. of water so far

70 squats, done while doing my weight lifting. 40 regular squats 30 split squats all with 10 lb. dumbbells now its time for me to do my 5 mile run, then when I get back I'll do a variety of stretches.

Did my 60 as part of my weight training today, just did more reps than the workout called for :smile: 40 split squats each side 20 regular all done with 10 lb. dumbbells

Got my 55 in while the corn was on the grill.
