I find that I am only starving on days AFTER the days I cheated! I was bad on Monday and overate. Now I'm paying for it. But I'm just going to keep chomping on the veggies until my tummy gets readjusted. Hopefully by tomorrow things will be back to normal.

I think it's interesting that the guys are thinking it was okay, and the girls are saying "oh hell no!". LOL Just shows how different we really are.

Personally that would have hurt my feelings. She shouldn't have commented, regardless of what you said. my mother always taught me "If I can't say something nice, don't say anything at all". I feel her comments were unnecessary.

I also am ALWAYS over on my protein. I've decided not to worry about it. I have more concern for calories and sodium right now. Gotta keep those in check!

I love to saute some red, green, yellow bell peppers along with an onion in a pan with a little EVOO. MMMMM Also, do the same for squash and zucchini

Wine. I could have a glass of wine every night after work. Now I'm just having some on the weekend. And not buying any during the week. If it's not in the house I can't drink it. So hard though. I love it!

You can do it! It just takes time. I only want to lose around 15 pounds but I find its coming off soooo slowly! I guess any loss is a loss!

Cadbury Mini Eggs around Easter. My Mom and I are usually hooked on them all Easter. This year I just look the other way when going through the grocery store! So not worth the calories!
