I lost 40 pounds in 2009, but then got stressed out, stopping paying attention to what I was eating and exercising and gained 70 (was at my highest weight ever)...ugh. That's why I'm here!

I am 5'1-1/2'' and just joined MFP in 2011, but have not used it very consistently. Thanks everyone! So I've decided I'm going to get up early and try to get to the gym before I meet with the ladies so that I have some extra wiggle room. I've also tried to plan what I'm going to have tomorrow as best as I can.

Do you have a smart phone? There is an app. and maybe you could keep up with your food logging that way??? I was just in Disney at the beginning of this year and with all of the walking I'm sure you'll get in some exercise! :)

I did Level 1 two days in a row last week and felt like I was going to die! It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one that felt that way. I think it's going to take me a month to be able to all of Level 1 without taking a break!
