All really helpful thank you :) I tend to run on treadmills and i've only just started running outside again after 2 years or so so im pretty sure the different ground has something to do with it! I've had my trainers forever but i just dont want to spend another 100 quid on a new pair!

Yeah greek yogurt it the best, I either have mine with peanut butter or agave nectar (depending on how my macros are looking that day). I had some last night with a crumbled quest bar in and it was deliciousssss!

I think your calories are about right, make sure you're getting a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats in there. Why don't you try mixing up your workouts?
