Congratulations on your goal! when I met my goal, I stopped logging and began to gain again. I guess everyone would be different, but I find that I am not disciplined enough to stop.

I like to take 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt, 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlic and some pepper. mix it up and spread on chicken breasts, then sprinkle whole wheat bread crumbs on top and bake.

I don't follow the program as it is to be done, but I think it would give definite results with proper diet. I don't think you will get a 6 pack in 6 weeks, but I think you will notice changes
