Well this was my 1st week ( 5 days ) of doing 30ds level one and I couldn't be more proud of myself. I stuck to my schedule everyday of getting up at 5am. Thursday morning (Thanksgiving Day) I woke up @ 6:30am and my bf told me to go back to sleep and do it later, I told him NO I am doing it now. This morning woke up @ 7 and came right down and did my work out, took a shower got on the scale and lost 3.2lbs. That was such a great feeling. I didn't take my measurements b/c I want to wait until the 30 days is up. This in it's self will give me more motivation that I need to continue my journey.

Congratulations to you! Be sure to post your completion success story!

I am going to start it again within the next couple of days. I did 5 days of it months ago and was thrilled with my progress, but quit it for some unknown reason. Finally ready to tackle it again.

    Congratulations! :D

I too have started the shred this week again (after a couple of attempts to keep it up and failing :( ) and today is Day 4. I'm determined to finish this time!

Woohoo! Way to keep with it! And what awesome progress, you go girl!!

I am also doing the 30 Day Shred and am in the middle of level 2 which I mostly really love (but today am having back pain so am not pushing myself - have injured myself while doing exercise too many times to ignore my back talking to me!)

Keep up the fantastic commitment! You are getting super results already and you will be noticing more toned muscles in no time!

I just started today. I tried to do the 30DS last year and I only lasted about a week. This time I would like to complete the 30 days. It was really tough today, but I did the whole workout. Let's be friends!
