hey im thinking of starting this dvd after i complete the 30DS...any before n afters/results/opinions will be helpful

I don't follow the program as it is to be done, but I think it would give definite results with proper diet. I don't think you will get a 6 pack in 6 weeks, but I think you will notice changes0
