  • I do use food scale yes. what it's really change in my daily food is:- 1- drinking more skimmed milk with coffee ( like 2-3 times a day) 2- I do drink diet papsi/cola/redbull those are two majer things I add it to my daily food. while diet papsi is not daily like 1-3 times a week.
