exercies names

Dear Friends,

I try to add some exercise I do it daily which are they:-


1- leg raises
2- plank
3- crunches

but cant find it on cardio while I can find it on strength. and strength, but that does not have calories counter like cardio..

so how I can add those times of exercise ?

    Under the cardio section there is a choice called strength training, or weight lifting. You can log using that activity
  • so Strength training (weight lifting, weight training) will be used for activities best for the activities I mention it above ?
