fitbit one and BMR calories

Dear all,
I bought Fitbit one and I see on my dashboard it's showing I'm burning how many calories, and it's high because of fitbit adding extra calories burn using BMR, I been using FuelBand for year, and it's only record when I'm active, how I can make fitbit one do same? I need it only to record when I'm active, not adding extra using BMR.
I'm using MFP to record the food and I'm limited to specific calories per day, and fitbit one and MFP integrated, so it's showning me I'm very active and burning alot of calories while it seem not the way to go
I used to use fuelband and record daily since it's not integrated how many calories I burn, and during just normal day with no sport I never exceed 600 calories, while with fitbit one, I just wake up with 1200 calories already burn....
I did disable calorie estimation from.
Log into your dashboard.
Click the gear symbol in the upper right.
Select Settings.
Scroll down the page to Preferences.
Change the Calorie Estimation setting to Disable.
but still it's showning me alot of calories I burn.
===========
how I'm using MFP and tracking gear.
I limit myself with 1200 calories per day.
and only if I do activities extra like run/normal walking day/push up/...etc those activities, it will grant me extra calories I can eat, example. 500-700 calories more. if I been just lazy I wont be allowed to eat more than 1200. like that, but now since both fitbit and MFP integrated (which I bought fitbit one for to avoid keep adding calories from fuelband) it's grant me alot of calories in MFP.
that's how I track my calories burn, so how I can stop the one from doing this, and only record what I actually do without any extra things.
waiting your help
regards

I did modify from setting the option where fitbit and do - or + calories to my MFP.
I will see if this really fix or not.0 -
After stoping calories estimation, now its showing I did not burn any fit when I click on details its saying MFP guess you burn equal to little more so no extra calories to be register
Is this okey? Because I used with fuelband to register all calories at end of day manual0
