good morning!!! congrats for completeting your first 5k in 29mins- thats awesome....I enjoy running and i am here for support! I completed my first half marathon yesterday and it was an amazing feeling :-)

my half marathon is in 6 weeks; its my first and i am a little nervous....the goal is to run 8 or 9 :-). do you have any advice for first timers? Good Luck to everyone training for there 1/2 marathon!!

we always have coconuts at home, but i didn't know they are packed with nutrients. we cook our rice with coconut milk instead of just water and it gives it a great flavor. :-)

vegetable rice with shrimps, 1 cup of broccoli and green giant broccoli and cheese (1 tray)....only 342 calories:-)

I have the same issue with my pedometer reading less than the treadmill. I use the treadmill because it takes my weight and age into account versus the pedometer. I am actually saving up for a HRM because i think it will be more accurate.

amiclubwear.com has cute stuff at a reasonable price...I use to get my bathing suites from victoria secret but spending over $80.00 on a swimsuit is a little much now a days.:smile:
