hey, i have just returned to the fold after a massive motivation loss, so i am so IN! I filled in my log today, but today is my rest day, so will post tomorrow after my workout. You guys rock, this is so awesome! Much love and well done to you all xx

my new sports watch! basically i go running every day for about a mile (12 min), and based on MFP it tells me i burn about 180 calories doing that HOWEVER i got a new sports watch which calculates calories burnt based on my weight (144 lbs) and sex and pulse rate and told me that today my mile burnt me..... 35 CALORIES!!!…

i too am having a bad day and just had a rly gd tip from someone - every meal is a new one, so plan a better meal this evening with loads of veggies and low cal sauce (i'm having stir-fry) - you'll feel better just knowing today's destructive pattern is being stopped and that you're the one doing it. gd luck! x

i know it's hard not to see progress, but please bear in mind that your body will take a while to adjust, not to mention the fact that if u have been exercising then you would have put weight on in the form of muscle. try measuring yourself (waist, hips etc) - i find it to be a more accurate way of seeing progress at…
