I do weight watcher oatmeal for breakfast, protien bar 20 grams and only 200 cal. after i work out. Campbells select harvest light soup and salad for lunch. Dinner I will either do boca burger or Weight watcher meal with salad....

Make sure you are eating all your calories for the day, other wise you will put your body into stravation mode. The main thing DON"T GIVE UP!!!

as long as you work out, time of day does not matter!!! If I don't get it done in the morning I have a hard time making it happen at night!!!

You really do need to eat more then 1000 Calories, you will put your body into starvation mode. Did you get calucated right?

You might be better off not eating your extra activity calories, I just started a couple days ago and couldn't believe all the extra calories for exercise. I am too scared to touch them!!
