snacking

ok so i am going to try something a little different i have been snacking on foods like chex mix and well the sodium is killing me. so i started eating 300 cal meals. every 3-4 hours that includes a meal and a snack. and working out 40 min 4x a week. my snacks include fruit, craisins (bcof the fiber) and yogurt and nothing to eat after 6:30/ we shall see where this takes me/ wish me luck/ i gave my self a goal once i reach 147 i could buy myself some new tops/ and i really want them/

    That sounds like a good plan...good luck sticking to it. I have found that Chobani yogurt tastes great, has no fat and 16g of fiber...I add a tbs of chocolate chips and its like a dessert. New clothes that look good always help to motivate.:happy:
