Thanks for this. I am learning to log my food for the first time ever. its making me more aware of what i put in my mouth and how often i was taking those small bites of whatever. man they add up!!

Also, being aware of your tummy throughout the day and holding them in will help to tighten your abdominus recti (?) which will flatten your stomach. Genetics plays a big role but you can work to tighten and shrink. Calorie deficit is Important but so is lifting and other exercises that incorporate abdominal muscles.

I'm new to mfp and don't know how to friend you but I just had my third last month. Need to lose 10 to be pre baby and 15 to be comfortable. Would love to do this together

This is a really great workout! It targets all muscle groups and you really feel the burn afterwards. If you have any knee problems it may not work in the long run bc JM prefers squats and lunges but otherwise it is phenomenal.

You could google muffin tin frittata for low carb breakfast. If you cut protein and just eat fruit for lunch your insulin/sugar levels will jump and you'll be starving in no time. Fenugreek is known to increase milk production typically within 2-3 days. Look up dosage for miligrams but supposedly take two supplements at a time as often as three times a day. It is not uncommon for women to begin dropping milk production when having to pump. Good luck to you! Hope fenugreek works fo you.
