  • You definately got a good deal !!! My family and I have been shopping at Aldi for years. We have saved tons of money on our grocery bill. The fit and active line is wonderful, ( love the cereal) ! I can honestly say there has only been a few items that we didn't care for, but that had more to do with us than the product…
  • First call and make an appt to have him examined. Discuss your concerns with the vet and see what your options are. Believe me, I worked as a vet tech for 10 years with a very kind hearted dr. He never pushed the idea of euthanasia unless there was no hope for a normal life for the animal. An exam will give you peace…
  • Sometimes a long walk before you leave the dog home for the day can alleviate some of that pent up energy. Maybe hiring a dog walker instead of doggie day care may be a better option. Someone mentioned leaving a radio on...that also has worked for me in the past. If all else fails, your veterinarian can offer some advice…
  • I would advise starting with something like Leslie Sansone's walk at home program. I do her workouts every day. The workouts are low impact and very easy to follow. I started with her 1 mile walk, and have since progressed to her 5mi. Leslie is wonderful, she talks you through the workout and keeps you quite motivated.…
  • Her 5mi fat burning dvd is a good one. She adds little boosts of jogging at the end of each mile. It really jump starts your metabolism.
  • I love her workouts !!!! I've been doing them for 2 months now. I especially love the 5mi fat burning video. You definately lose weight and tone up nicely doing her videos. I've lost 12 lbs so far using her videos plus mfp.
  • Actually, going over on your protein is not a bad thing, especially when you are doing weight training. Protein is good for building muscle.
  • Welcome!!! You've made the right choice....fitnesspal is wonderful ! I joined the beginning of March, and along with logging my foods daily, I've been working out to Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvds. So far I've lost 11 lbs. It's been a life saver. • What about riding a stationary bike? It's low impact, so you wouldn't be putting alot of weight on it. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon
