@micaroo4 glad you took the day off! Hope you had a well deserved rest. @DJill68 congratulations on dropping a dress size! I donated blood yesterday morning and ending up fainting twice. I've been too tired yesterday afterwards and today to do anything very strenuous, but got a couple of gentle walks in.

Congratulations to everyone in the June challenge, you did so well! @tfelts147 what a beautiful sight to wake up to! Where have you gone on holiday to? I took an early morning walk this morning and managed to avoid the rain!

Happy July everyone! @broncobuddee I put my weigh in day as Saturday, but gave my weight on Sunday last week so I will change to Sunday for this challenge. PW: 175.2 CW: 173.2 My name is Emma, I have seen this group around for a while and wanted to join but kept missing the start dates. I am a mum of 2 disabled boys. I was…

Thank you @Megan_smartiepants1970 ! Looking forward to the July challenge.

I have done previous challenges in thinner winners. I had to drop out part way through the fall challenge but would like to join them for the winter one if possible.

I am new and would be happy to join any team

I do actually see it as being unsupportive and possibly trying to subconsiously sabotage you. I think often people have us pigeon holed and don't like us breaking out of that. Also if any of them have issues with their weight they might feel defensive when you say that you're cutting certain food out to be healthy, like…

Its mentioned in 'The Good Place' as a reason for men to get sent to the bad place! Any men reading, please be aware of how this makes women feel and stop doing it. It is not my role in life to be pretty and pleasant for strangers for their enjoyment, whatever their intention.
-
Note the patronising and condescending tone of your reply? That's how it feels when a stranger orders me to smile. Please do not tell women how they are supposed to feel when they are facing the casual, everyday sexism that goes unnoticed by men.

I'm breastfeeding at the moment as well. I'm making sure I don't go below 1800 calories as I don't want my milk supply to be affected. I have mfp set to 0.5lb/week.
-
Thank you, but I will eat something to bring me up to at least 1200, I was just happy I hadn't binged today. Sometimes I have started a binge when I have felt hungry, but really I is a different, empty kind of feeling, and it takes a lot of food to get rid of it
-
It is a basic fitbit, so does not have a hrm. I am happy to ignore what it says, but is annoying when synced with mfp. I like the little thing when you finish logging about how much weight you would lose as a motivational tool after a good day which I wont have (correctly) now. Also I am going to have to calculate my…

Thank everyone so much for taking the time to read and offer advice. I truly appreciate it. I am in the UK so it is difficult to get a doctors appointment and difficult to get prescriptions for something not straightforward. I will try to get an appointment for my next time off work (3 and a half weeks) and see what they…

Like I said before, in a binge last week I ate over 2200 calories in about an hour (I couldn't remember everything when I tried to log it). I don't know enough to know it that is normal or disordered.
-
Thank you for your advice. This I'm sure would help (although I have in the past made special trips to buy food to binge on  However my husband eats biscuits, crisps etc and wouldn't agree not to have it in the house
-
I ate about 3000 total that day because the bung happened about noon, so restricted myself afterwards. I suppose what I class as a binge rather than just over eating for a reason is how it happens. I wasn't even hungry, but as soon as the idea had came into my head it is very difficult to not do it. My husband and son had…

Last week I ate over 2200 in 1h

I am trying to lose about 40lb. I'm set on mfp to lose 1lb a week so 1400 calories

Thank you. I am reluctant to seek professional help, partly because I am embarrassed, and partly because I have seeked help for some diagnosed MH issues (depression and social phobia) and never found it very useful
-
Thank you! It really is a daily struggle. I feel like such a failure when I give in
