I started in the same spot. I stared slow. Just walk, get moving! It does not have to be intense to be effective. I love to cook, bake and eat! Yes!! After over 100 pounds lost, I am down 2 shoe sizes!!! Who knew? LOL!

With a major change for me. I weigh daily but if it does not change more than 1-2 pounds on the day I weigh in.

I eat about 1400-1500 calories a day and work out about 4-5 times weekly. I am at the end of my weight loss and it is going slow now. But before I would lose 1-1.5 a week. 1200 is really low.

I am 39, 5'7 and weight 207. My high weight was 323. Mom to five and wife. I workout 4-5 days a week doing zumba, I also run and lift weights.

Yep the database is not always accurate. I know it is a pain in the butt, but to make sure I was getting accurate counts, I finally resorted to entering things myself after I had weighed them. Especially if it was an item I ate frequently. That way I could easily pull it from my recent foods.

Thank you very much. I guess my whole point to saying if I can you can too, is because I have been there. I know some people do have health issues that may prevent them from reaching certain points. I would hope they would consult with their docs before doing any regime. I just want to be able to share my progress because…

Lots of lean protein. I can not get enough of seafood. Veggies, homemade smoothies, yogurt. I drink over 100 ounces of water a day. I do still indulge every now and then, but I have to remain focused.

I personally cut all sugar and limit my carbs. I up my water intake and increase veggies/fruit/ lean proteins when I need to detox my bad eating
