My coworker and I were discussing water intake. She logs her coffee as part of her water. I do it separately from the water. She is saying it "technically" water. How do you track your water?

Yesterday I was able to walk in Victoria's Secret and buy bras and panties. Until you have weighed over 300 pounds and not able to even look at the things there, you may not get it. I all but cried in the fitting room. What has been your best NSV so far?

I am one pound shy of a total of 40 pounds lost since January and I am kinda proud of myself.:blushing: I was looking through pictures today and saw the picture that lit that fire to do something and lose this weight. Flax Milk?
Has anyone tried this and if so what are your thoughts? I have been using almond milk to substitute for regular milk, as I can not handle it very well. A co-worker told me about it and said it was the best thing she has found out there.

I have change my workout schedule from working out three times a week up to six. It has been going great, except I am starving all the time. Well mostly in the evenings. I am trying to increase the amount of protein I am taking in to see if that will help but so far it has not. Any suggestions?

30 Days and 21 Pounds Total Gone

Do you plan your days out or do you log the calories as you eat? I log as I eat and I am trying to see if that is gonna be the best way to continue.

How much water do you drink daily?
I am now drinking about 9-11 glasses of water a day. I have cut out drinking sodas or juice, except for the occasional V-8 Splash. But I keep hearing that I am drinking too much. Can there be such a thing? Outside of wearing a trail from my desk to the ladies room, I am fine.
